Hi there Andre.
The mortise lock in your photos brings the 82-269 to mind. The lever looks like the 82-240 which is used with the 82-080 handle set with 4-15/16" hole center spacing. I recommend you review the specifications for these parts and compare them with yours to confirm they match what you need for your repair.
