I can't find these latches on your site, do they still make them? I believe they are original to the house which was built in 92 or 93. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting! Your exact tilt latches have been discontinued and are no longer available. Unfortunately, I'm not sure they're made any longer. There is a chance our left hand 26-322 and right hand 26-323 could work for your repairs but I am not confident. Take a look over the dimensions and design below to see what you think.

You best replacement option may be to install a surface mounted latch, if the top of your sash will allow it. For this repair, we typically suggest using the 26-228 and 26-229 tilt latches but there are an assortment of tilt latch options that could also be considered for this repair as well; they can be viewed here.

Thank you for the quick response. I might have found a replacement on another website, if they don't work I will try to do the surface mount you suggested.
