Maybe 17" series 370 channel balance ?
Non tilt
1/2" width (9/16)
But is option 1620?
And order two?

Yes, your balance does resemble our series S370-17 and the stamp option needed would be 1620. Please confirm the length from metal to metal is 17". We do recommend replacing both balances at the same time as pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new balance to wear out faster.
