Internal part for crank window

Question

Hi. This part connects the crank handle to my bathroom window but it no longer stays inside window mechanism. Some of the threads seem to be stripping so it won't go in all the way. The crank itself seems fine. The window opens upward and says made in USA but no brand name can be seen. Thanks.

It looks like your worm gear has come out of the operator. Unfortunately, this can't be repaired or replaced. You need an all new operator.

We can help, but I need to see a photo of your operator out of the window. If I can see the whole mechanism in one shot, I should be able to match it up to something in our catalog.
