Internal tilt latch replacement

Tilt latch found broken ( sliding back & forth inside sash) with missing/broken nose. Unable to get accurate measurement. Included pic of only visible label.  Not sure about who the manufacturer is, but i am that this vinyl window is about 30 years old. Hope that these pics helps you figure out correct replacement part.

Not a clue of which size replacement to purchase. Should i purchase sash release levers as well? Since all of my newer windows have them.
