Pat number 5.139,291. Letter F and number 75. Dimensions 2 5/8 by 11/16 with 3/8 depth. Need in white.

Thanks for posting. It looks like you actually have surface mounted tilt latches, possibly the 26-243A and 26-244A. Please compare.
