Unfortunately, your internal tilt latch has been discontinued. Take a look at our video below to convert your window to use surface-mounted latches.

Can you give me a quote on 4 sets to do on a double hung window top and bottom.

Unfortunately, we can't determine which of our surface-mounted latches would work. You will need to compare the overall dimensions and installation hole placement of our selection here to see if you could install one of them on your sash frame while avoiding the cut-out from your original latch.

When going through the selection that we linked you to in our last response, it is important to determine the width of your sash frame and the installation hole spacing that you would need to avoid the cutout.
