International Brand Handle Replacement

I have an International Brand hand, latch and keep I need to replace. I havent a clue what measure for. Any help most appreciated!

Hello,

It's tough to tell but it looks like you may be able to use our 82-218 mortise lock, though it looks that there was possibly a rectangular plate attached that is missing. As for the handle, take a look at our 82-032 and see how the dimensions compare to your original. Thank you!
