I looked at my door and ordered the model 82-060. But now I think I should have ordered the 82-077.

Hello, thanks for writing in. It looks like we have recommended the 82-077 as a substitute for your door handle in the past. I'm not sure if the 82-060 will work, but as long as it is undamaged you can always return it. You can view our return policy here. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

I talked to a Swisco phone customer service agent and we talked about the order I'd placed and looking at the photos, she agreed I ordered the wrong one. Maya helped me switch from the 82-060 to the 82-077. I was totally pleased with the level of customer attention I got with my call yesterday.

The 82-077 fit perfectly and literally took 5 minutes to install, with half that time used to removed the broken old one.
The whole replacement was unbelievably easy.
