Is 24 4 The Same As 2440?

Hi - I followed your video, my balance has a stamp of 24 4 B.S.I. 0C I assume I need 2440 balance to replace that one.

Can you confirm?

Hi, Alexander. You're correct. 24 4 is equivalent to our 2440. Your choice of S385-25 seems correct, too, as long as you have the 1-3/32" shoe attachment as shown below:

Greetings, Jeff. This is actually our S390-25. Your stamp code of 24 4 conforms to our stamp option of 2440, which is for a sash weighing between 19 through 24 lbs.
