Is 24 4 The Same As 2440?

A quick learner from Dublin CA says:
Hi - I followed your video, my balance has a stamp of 24 4 B.S.I. 0C I assume I need 2440 balance to replace that one.

Can you confirm?

Thank you!!

Hi, Alexander. You're correct. 24 4 is equivalent to our 2440. Your choice of S385-25 seems correct, too, as long as you have the 1-3/32" shoe attachment as shown below:

A quick learner from California says:

Simalar but different than your 385 or 390

Any help here?

Please let me know correct assembly number to order and price please.

Thank you

Jeff

Greetings, Jeff. This is actually our S390-25. Your stamp code of 24 4 conforms to our stamp option of 2440, which is for a sash weighing between 19 through 24 lbs.
