Is 32-082 a substitute for these sockets?

Home Owner from Virginia Beach, VA
Hello,
First, thanks for shipping so quickly. I tried installing the 32-082 to replace those in the picture, but they don't fit. I'm not sure if I'm not pushing in hard enough but the 32-082 does not fit flush on my drawer. I watched the video, but it didn't show how the socket fits into mate.

Did I just order the wrong part?

Thanks
Cindy

Hello, Cindy. The 32-082 is the wrong part, yes. What you have here is the Kenlin Rite Trak II, whereas the 32-082 is the Rite Trak I. Note the difference in overall shape, hole pattern, and socket size.

The bad news is that Kenlin will not allow us to supply the Rite Trak II. I dearly wish they would, but it's just not in the cards. As such, we recommend the 32-053 track kit as an alternative. The video below will show you how to use this kit to replace the exact system you have now.

Thanks Tom for the response. Can I return the 32-082's I bought?
