Hello there. The 82-269 is used on some Milgard doors, but the only way to know for sure what you need is to send us photos of your old hardware. We'll do our best to narrow it down from there.

Thanks for your message, please find attached photo from my Milgard sliding door. My old mortise lock looks matching your 82-269 product (Roto single point mortise lock). I already placed an order today (No. 3358917). If it would be not matching my old mortise lock, I will return it later.
