Is 90-323 the correct part to replace these? They are a Ply Gem window.

Hi there,

I replaced this latch but it doesn't lock. I think the other part that latches to this isn't the correct one. What is the other piece I need that allows the lock to automatically lock on it?

And how would I change that out? How can i take out the window to switch out that piece? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. Sounds like an issue with the keeper. Reviewing your photos from back in February, it appears that you have style of keeper that fits into a narrow cavity.

We unfortunately don't sell anything like that, but that said the 90-323 base lock should still have worked. I don't see any major differences in design.

Can you tell me how wide the latch part is? As shown in the diagram Bob posted above, ours is 1-3/16". As long as yours is the same size it should still be interfacing with your old keeper.
