My operator hole vertical centers are 5-3/16 to 5-1/4 (hard to tell). The bottom horizontal hole centers are 1-1/8.
The link is 1-3/16, with a 5/16 bushing with a FH 10-24 screw in it. It has been years since I tool one apart, but I think there might be a nylon bushing that goes on top of it. I am ready to use my last spare and will need more soon. The windows are 30+ years old.
