Is it a 9 or a 6

Hey there. Looks like you have a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs. Unfortunately there's no way of knowing if that is a 6 or 9. The best to thing to do is to weigh the window sash. You can divide that weight in half to determine what spring weights you need. The video below explains.
