Is it a perfect rectangle?

My current framed shower door drip rail is 24 inches at the shorter end (closest to shower door glass) but about 25.5 inches at the longer end as 1.5in overhangs. Will your 24-inch sweep with drip rail work in this configuration?

It's possible that our 24" sweep will work, but I worry about that 1-1/2" gap. That seems like a good way to get a water leak. I think you might want to consider the longer 10-325 and then cutting it down to the appropriate size. You can use a hacksaw to cut down the rail and a pair of heavy shears to cut down the vinyl sweep itself.
