Is the 16 in 4 bar hinge handed?

dear sir ,is the 16 inch 4 bar hinge item#36-024HD comes right and left hand?

No, the 36-024HD can be used for either the left or right hand side of the window sash. If you are thinking of replacing only one of yours, I would suggest installing a new hinge on both sides.
