Is the 39-264 intended to replace my operator

A home owner from SD South Dakota says:
The attached photo shows the Andersen operator that I have. I don't see a replacement that has the same screw hole spacing as mine so I'm wondering if the 39-264 is intended to replace this and I will just drill new holes to accomodate it. What do you advise?

It's possible you may need the 39-362 adapter plate. Some Andersen operators made from 1995 to 1998 have a slightly different design. The 39-264 can replace them, but they require this adapter plate.

There should be a date etched in the corner of the glass that you can use to confirm this. If your window as made from 1995 to 1998, then you need the 39-362 to get the new style operator to work.
