Can you let me know if your Mortise Lockset 40-049 is a replacement for the Emtek 322 lockset?

I have used the 40-049 Complete Mortise Lockset as a replacement for the Emtek 322 without any problems.

However, I cannot guarantee it will work for your application. The best thing you can do is try it out.
