Is the 55-195-6 UV resistant?

In my research our building inspectors believe this will work, however, would like to know if it is UV and sun/heat resistant it will sit facing the west with the sun beating on it for hours, hence the reason we have to replace the old bead.

I believe the 55-196-6 is somewhat UV resistant, but it's not specifically designed that way. The sun's rays can be particularly harmful on dark material, and I'm afraid the manufacturer does not guarantee against UV rays.
