Is the 87-091 made with a countersink?

Pleased as can be that I just found your site, and it appears to have just about exactly what I need.

One question on this 87-091 part: is it, or was it once made with a countersink on the side opposite the slot?

That's the only thing that appears to be different from the mostly broken pieces off the sliding windows on the kids' house.
