Is the Series 351 the correct one for me?

Hi, I'm writing to check if this is the right replacement part for our windows. 2420 is stamped on it, and it's 25" long, approx 1/2" wide. I'll attach some photos of the part I have. Thanks for your help.

Yes, your balance looks like our S351-25 with the option 2420. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I am looking at the Series 351 or 390 not sure
My balance is stamped 2430 if that helps
and the lenth is 25 in
What is the differance between the 2 Series?

There is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 351 uses the 15-002 while the Series 390 uses the 15-001. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.
