Is the bearing in the 81-133 replaceable?

Greetings,
I think my doors are in need of this part. I was wondering if the bearing itself is replaceable, or does the assembly need to be changed out?

It in fact would be possible to replace the wheel with our 81-237 nylon wheel and 81-310 axle kit. Personally, I would prefer to replace the complete roller assembly if it is available.
