Is the hole in the top tapped for a 10-32 machine screw? I am looking for a double roller similar to a Slide-co 131300 double roller.

No, you would need to tap the 10-32 size. See if you can find a self tapping screw at a local hardware store in your area. We do carry the 33-097 self tapping screw, but it is with a 10-24 thread count. Most hardware stores should have the size you need.
