Is the silver cap removable?

Hi
The roller i have is exactly like the 84-074
except it doesn't have the silver cap in the
top center. Is that screwed in. Is that
piece removeable? Thanks Steve

Yes, the silver part is removable from the top of the 84-074 screen door replacement roller. Also, take a look at the similar roller part number 84-066. The 84-066 does not come with the screw, but it is a littler wider than the 84-074.
