Is there a longer vinyl piece for the keeper?

Hello-

We recently purchased a home and the Pella latch on the screen door was broken. We purchased your product 84-225 and it was perfect. However, our Pella screen doors doesn't "click" in because the latch is a bit lower then optimal for the keeper. This means after a short period of time the screen door retracts by itself.

I'm trying to trouble shoot options and the easiest solution would be if Pella has a vinyl piece to the keeper that is about 2-5mm longer. Do you have any recommendations?

Is there an adjustment on the lock set, or could you adjust the door height? Pella hardware is pretty specific and there aren't a lot of variations.
