Is this a S380?

The length of channel balance is 27inch, and the bottom guide measures 1inch with an imprint of 2640 on the channel balance. However, the bottom looks different from the picture of S380. Can you please help me idenitfy the appropriate channel balance model? Thank you!

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. No, this isn't the Series 380 or any other stock balance that we sell.
We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 26-7/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we recommend double-checking to be sure.
