Is this a Series 377 Balance?

Question

Can you please confirm whether the attached photos are of a series 377 balancer. Unfortunately, there are no markings/stampings on the hardware.

These are for hurricane-proof windows in our South Florida condominium apartment.

Hi and thanks for contacting SWISCO. This does look like our Series 377 Balance. To determine which among the series you need, you should measure the metal channel and determine the length. Do not include the nylon caps in this measurement. This dimension should correspond to one of the lengths listed in the Series 377 main page. From there, you need to determine the weight range you need your balance to support. Weigh your window sash and match that weight with the ranges listed on the product page. That should correspond to one of the stamp options listed for you to select.
