This says quantity 1. is it a set as one has nubs and the other one holes to snap into. I need them both.

Please take a look at the diagram below. You will notice the nibs and holes for which the nibs lock in. The 80-050 Door Shield Set includes both "shaded" parts shown in the diagram.
