Is this entrygard dual arm operator 39-031?

Hi All! I need help identifying this truth arm operator as it doesn't work anymore. The splined shaft (?) came out. When I turn the crank handle to the right, it just spins without doing anything. The link arm shows 20810. The other arm shows 30470 LH on the underside. Is this product code 39-031? when installing this part, are there other parts I need to buy? Any guidance would be appreciated. I'm a novice.

Note: my linked arm has an upward offset. The description for 39-031 mentions a downward offset which wouldn't work for me. Does swisco offer the part with the upward offset?

Thanks for posting. Yes, if the dimensions of the arms match, the 39-031 is our best match. However the offset on the link arm is different and could prove to be an issue. Unfortunately we don't have a version with that arm set differently. We cannot say whether or not this will affect compatibility.
