Our parts resemble 26-119 in dimensions. Except our bottom tang is not centered but offset by a bit. And there is a small tab on either end of the bottom side of the sash release lever. Is 26-119 a suitable replacement for our application?

Thanks for posting. Could you provide a picture that shows how the forks are offset? They look pretty centered in your photo. Also, could you confirm the size and spacing of the forks? That is key as to whether or not the 26-119 is a proper replacement. As you can see in the photo below, the size of the forks for the 26-119 is 7/16", and the spacing is 1/2".

Greetings, thanks for looking over these additional measurements. I think this confirms that the 26-119 sash release lever should work for your sash latch.
