Is this the Right Balance Shoe?

Hi,

I am trying to identify the correct channel balance for a customer. I initially ordered the S795-28 but found the pivot shoe was too thick (depth of track). I attached photos of the new balance and shoe I ordered (grey pivot shoe) next to the old white pivot shoe with a tape measure to show the diff in sizes.

Can you let me know if this is a special order or what the correct balance and pivot shoe would be.
