Trying to replace a broken roller and what we bought at the store isn't working. We need one to match the one on the left and top on my photos. Any help would be much appreciated.

It looks like the offset was too deep compared to your old roller. In order to determine of we have a match, I will need to know exactly what that offset is. Can you write that measurement down for me?

Knowing wheel diameter will also be a big help. It'll probably be something like 7/8" but it can't hurt to have it, just in case.
