I have a top mirror slider hardware that looks similar to your part but not 100 percent . Do you have this exact part as pictured

Your photos show an old-style guide that is no longer made, but the good news is that the manufacturer suggests using the 23-093 top roller as a substitute. I know that it looks very different since it uses a wheel instead of a plastic bracket like your original, but the function of this type of part isn't all that complex. Its only role is to be a guide, so as long as it can slide along the same track, then you should be good to go. Thanks for posting!
