It's very hard to tell the size of a wool pile based on just a tape measure. Their sizes tend to be very specific and it's not something we can really eyeball on photos. 3/16" x 1/4" may seem close, but you have to consider that your wool pile probably goes into the X/32" range, or even more specific.

I can tell you that most wool pile types we carry are all sold in 25' increments.
