Issue locating Plygem Doorknob parts

I purchased this hardware from Plygem in 2015 under a Creative contracting project. I have been unable to find a replacement using the specific specifications that I ordered previously. Looking for a replacement part manual along with somewhere I can order the right parts. I attached 3 pictures of the door for an idea of what type of product I have. Any help for a replacement would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for contacting us! I'm sorry to say that we don't sell a replacement for the lock or handles shown here. Your best bet would be to contact the original manufacturer of the door for assistance. I truly apologize that we aren't able to assist with this repair; please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
