Issue with 15-209 Balance Bracket

Hi, I just ordered balance end brackets 15-209 form you. Unfortunately, when I went to install one, the metal wire hook that connects to the window broke. I'm attaching two photos. Can you help? Is this a part that can be replaced? Thanks!

Hello!
Take a look at our 15-036 wire hook used for window balances and see if you think you could adapt this hook to your hardware.
