I can't seem to find anything printed on these parts. I took the lock off and looked on the back side. I looked all over all sections of the door and there's no manufacturer name even printed on the door. The customer would like to just order a new keeper but if we have to get a whole lock assembly will do what we have to do.

We tried to acquire the keeper by itself, but we didn't have any luck. Looking at your pictures, your keeper looks a little different than ours. I think ours can still work but I think it's best to replace the whole handle set just to be safe. I apologize for the inconvenience.
