It's a Tackle Window Balance I believe... milgard made a number is stamped on it #2140 The spring has sprung and it's off its track need two r-l window size

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help with this. The stamp printed on the metal channel doesn't tell us its identity though. Can you remove an undamaged balance and show us clear photos of the top and bottom fittings?
