Window left side there are hinges and on the right side there is one channel

This is a special kind of balance that will have to be specially made. I'm a little confused by what you're saying in your post, though. Did you only need one of these balances? If you need more than just the balance you have pictured, we'll have to give you a little more homework. Let me know.
