It says S & S Patent Pending on one side and it looks like A68-38 on other

I'm afraid I don't recognize this roller. Is this all there is, or could there be another piece of the housing? I'm wondering if maybe you're only showing me the internal portion of a complete assembly like our 81-047 or 81-057.
