Thanks for posting! The balance you have likely has a grove in the bottom of the channel where the shoe attaches. If so, the 15-195B is not compatible and you'll need to replace the entire assembly. 

I'm happy to take a look into this for you but I'll need to see a photo of the bottom of the balance, a photo of the existing shoe, the stamp from the balance, and the attachment at the top of the balance. If the attachment at the top is a hook, I'll need to see the installation hole at the top of the window channel where it installs.
