To Whom It May Concern,
I need to replace a variety of parts in 4-6 windows throughout my house. With that, I cannot seem to confirm the Certainteed Pivot Shoe is the part that is broken. Using the 405 and 406 spring, I pulled up the link to the 405 SERIES 170 COILED BALANCE SPRING. However, the plastic part that holds the coils in my window is connected and accommodates both. Therefore, I cannot confirm if the pivot shoe will work.
Any direction is most appreciated.

Could you show me your pivot shoe? From that I should be able to determine the best replacement for your coil balance assembly. Thanks for posting!

The attach show the pivot shoe in the window frame. In other instances the plastic was broken.

Thanks for the follow up pictures. Unfortunately I can not identify the pivot shoe while it is still in the window. Can you show it to me removed from the window? From there I will be able to identify the whole balance assembly.
