Some hinges have an adjustable "stud" that can be turned to align the window and potentially resolve the closing issue. We offer the 36-048 hinge set, which utilizes the 75-034 to adjust the stud. Your hinge might be similar to the 36-004-10 hinge set, which requires a 3/8" wrench for adjustments. If adjusting the hinge doesn't work, you can try reinstalling the hinges. You may also have to reinstall the sash to see if that helps.
