It's 1/2" thick
the metal part is 20"
Front to back is 5/8"

Hi there!

Your balance is a match for the S380-30 or S385-30. The important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure as shown below. There should also be a stamp printed on the back of the channel that you'll need to refer to when you go to select the stamp option.
