It's used to up and down the window. I want to replace it since its broken

Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. It's difficult to determine what you have while it's still installed, but start by looking at our 15-111. This may be the part you need to repair your window but you'll have to remove the original to ensure that our dimensions line up with yours.
