I didn't see any of the coil balances that look like this and was wondering if this is something that you can source if I could take one out

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say I would not be able to determine the coil spring you need based on the photos provided. I'll need to see a clear photo of the coil balance shoe.

Since the coils are pretty damaged, it would also be a good idea to confirm the weight of the sash.
