Hello,
Unforutnately, our company does not carry replacement jamb liners but I believe that we can supply the balances. To confirm, we would need to see your balance assembly fully removed from the jamb liner. We'll also need to know the exact weight of the sash that each balance supports since the stamp codes shown in your photos do not match the strength options for the balances that we carry. Thank you!

In that case, your best bet would be to contact a local millwork if the jamb liners are from a wood window. If they are vinyl, you'd need to reach out to Jeld-Wen directly. Thanks for posting and good luck with your search!
