Question

Looking for a locking handle. We have a non locking 3-15/16" currently and the lock is offset with double 11" mortise lock. Do we need a 82-030B? Thanks

I think the 82-030B is a great pick. We also sell the 82-086 if you want to consider an alternative style. Either one of these handle sets should work perfectly well on your door.
