We may be able to help, but I am afraid we'd need to see the internal latch removed from the window, and we'd need to see the surface lever as well--for the surface lever, the length of the prongs on its underside, as well as the distance between them, is crucial to know. To be honest though, replacing these internal-style tilt latches can be difficult, as many are no longer made. You may be better off seeing if you could convert to surface mount tilt latches like our 26-228 and 26-229, or the 26-193 and 26-194. The video below shows how to do this.
